"You Raise Me Up" By Aled Jones
Although beautiful renditions of this exist from Josh Groban, The Celtic Woman and many others, there is something almost etherial about this version by Aled Jones, who primarily performs religious songs.

"Baby Mine"
A sweet, lovely little lullaby of a song sung hauntingly and beautifully (as usual) by Alison Krauss. I first heard from the movie "Waitress". I've since learned it also was part of a Disney movie soundtrack as well.
"Baby Mine"
Baby mine, don't you cry
Baby mine, dry your eyes
Rest your head close to my heart
Never to part, baby of mine
Little one, when you play
Don't you mind what they say
Let those eyes sparkle and shine
Never a tear, baby of mine
If they knew sweet little you
They'd end up loving you too
All those same people who scold you
What they'd give just for the right..to..hold..you
From your head down to your toes
You're not much, goodness knows
But you're so precious to me
Sweet as can be, baby of mine

Sexy, "Chinatown" Score
I only wish this piece were longer. Perhaps if I weren't so cheap, I'd buy the soundtrack album. But, this condensed version (probably played over either the beginning or end credits) is enough for me right now.
"Chinatown" score by the late, great wonderfully talented Jerry Goldsmith:

Allison Krauss & Sting
Revisiting "Cold Mountain" once again, here is a video of Allison Krauss in live concert with Sting performing "My Ain True Love", one of that movies most haunting musical compositions which was written by Sting and performed by Allison for the film's soundtrack.
